Our services do not include auditing or verification of the information you submit.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u2022 This engagement <strong>includes the preparation and filing of the Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) report<\/strong> in compliance with the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) and the filing of the Texas Franchise Tax (TFT).<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u2022 Bookkeeping, payroll, and retirement account (401K) set up services are not included<\/strong> in tax preparation. If needed, these services will be provided at an additional cost.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u2022 Fees for tax return preparation do not include<\/strong> audit representation or responses to IRS or state tax authority inquiries. Additional fees apply for these services.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u2022 Our tax preparation fee includes limited tax-related consultation throughout the year.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u2022 Our engagement terminates upon delivery of your completed tax returns and original documents. Please store your records securely for at least <strong>seven years<\/strong>. A fee may apply for duplicate copies of your returns.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">__________________________________________________________<\/p>\n<p><strong>Client Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u2022 You agree to provide a clean profit and loss statement (a detailed income statement summarizing all revenue and expenses by category, including payroll and operating expenses).<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u2022 You affirm that all reported <strong>income, expenses or other deduction amounts are accurate<\/strong> and that you have all required supporting written records. In some cases, we will ask to review your documentation.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u2022 You must be able to provide written records of all items included on your return if audited by either the IRS or state tax authority. We can provide guidance concerning what evidence is acceptable.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u2022 You must review the returns carefully before signing to make sure the information is correct.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u2022 All required tax documents must be provided at least three days before your scheduled appointment<\/strong>. Failure to provide documents on time may result in delays in completing your tax return and may incur additional fees.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">__________________________________________________________<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fees &amp; Payment Terms<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u2022 A retainer fee of $746 is required before your scheduled appointment<\/strong>, covering <strong>one appointment with the tax preparer in the two hours of tax preparation at a rate of $373 per hour<\/strong>.
